The instruments seen above are one-of-a-kinds and represent variations upon a design theme. Instruments similar to these, more or less complex, can be created.

Here Reed's designs involve some of his most complex circuitry as well as the most unusual additions. These instruments might include stereo and multi-channel outputs, liquid-filled human glass eyes, animal eyes as indicator lamps and sensors, antique back-lit mechanical blinking eyes, laser beam sound control, cold light strips, sub-miniature black light tubes, multi-color LEDs, vintage Lucite optics, holographic lenses, watch crystal windows, control-surface artworks, vintage metal housings and hardware, mother of pearl and assorted antique (even collectible) playing keys, special painting and hand-inking techniques, and many, many more extras.
